Danny has a refined approach to teaching and coaching golf, which has led to many satisfied students over his years of instruction. He believes in individually assessing his student’s game, and then tailoring a strategy or plan moving forward. His philosophy can be summed up by the four following principles:
- Individual assessment. Each and every student needs to be assessed on a case-by-case basis and taught in a unique way that considers their age, gender, body type, ability, learning preference, and lifestyle.
- Personalized strategy. Every golfer will have different goals for what they want to achieve with their lessons, so it is important to formulate a customized plan of action
- Process-based. It is important for all students to understand and accept the idea that improving their game will require a process and thus, shortcuts aren’t an effective long-term solution.
- Comprehensive view. The game improvement process involves a variety of factors, and it is important to include each one in a plan in order to be successful. These factors include technical skills, equipment, mental game or emotional control, and fitness & nutrition.
